Research progress on frailty of elderly people with comorbidities in community

Abstract

Abstract: ：This paper summarizes the definition and current situation of comorbidity and frailty,analyzes the influencing factors and adverse outcomes of the elderly with comorbidity and frailty in community,puts forward the intervention measures to improve the current situation of comorbidity and frailty in community elderly,summarizes how to control and intervene the current situation of comorbidity and frailty in community elderly,and clarifies the shortcomings of the research in China,so as to provide direction for clinical implementation of personalized programs to effectively prevent comorbidity and frailty in community elderly,and delay the process of frailty.
