Research progress on team resilience in nurses

Abstract: The team resilience originates from research related to individual and organizational resilience in positive psychology. Recently it has become an emerging research hotspot in the field of resistance. This article aims to summarize four aspects of team resilience,including definition,assessment tools,influencing factors and intervention strategies,to provide reference and revelation for the research of team resilience in nursing.
