Research progress on influencing factors and intervention measures of college students' mobile phone dependence

Abstract: With the rapid development of the information age,the popularity of mobile phone has provided many conveniences for college students,but has also given rise to a new global mental health problem-mobile phone dependence. In order to reduce the psychosomatic distress caused by mobile phone dependence,the paper reviews the research achievements in relevant fields in recent years,discusses the influencing factors of this problem from the current situation of mobile phone dependence among college students and its hazards,and summarizes the existing main intervention methods to suggest and expect future intervention studies.
