Research progress on nurses' work withdrawal behavior

Abstract: In the context of the aging of the population and the concept of universal whole-course health service,nurses,as the largest provider of public medical service,are exposed to high demands,high pressure and high intensity relationship situations for a long time,which are likely to cause the imbalance of physical and mental health of nurses and the decline of coping level,and ultimately lead to the occurrence of individual withdrawal behavior. This paper summarizes the definition,dimensions,assessment tools,research status,related influencing factors and countermeasures of work withdrawal behavior among clinical nurses,with a view to systematically summarizing the knowledge related to work withdrawal,improving the cognition of work withdrawal among nursing and management personnel,so as to adopt more targeted work withdrawal intervention measures to ensure the physical and mental health of nurses,and promote the stable development of nursing team.
