Abstract: Objective To analyze the monitoring results of routine immunization coverage rate in Beihai City in 2021,evaluate the monitoring quality of reported vaccination rates in Beihai City and analyze the reasons. Methods The estimated vaccination rate,difference（D）,ratio（R） and deletion rate were used to evaluate and analyze the routine immunization data of Beihai City in 2021. Results In 2021,the complete rate of routine immunization reports in Beihai City was 100%. The reported vaccination rates of basic immunization for HepB,OPV,DTP,MMR,MenA,JE and HepA in Beihai City ranged from 99.02% to 99.43%,and the estimated vaccination rates ranged from 91.31% to 111.62%. The reported vaccination rates of booster immunizations for DTP4,MMR2,JE2,OPV4,DT,MenA+C1-2 ranged from 97.92% to 99.42%,and the estimated vaccination rates ranged from 48.32% to 92.10%. D-value of HepB,DTP,MenA and JE in municipal basic immunity were evaluated as reliable（D≤5%）,while OPV,MMR and HepA were suspected（5%<D≤15%）. Enhanced immunity of DTP,MMR,JE,DT and MenA+C2 were suspected（5%<D≤15%）,while OPV and MenA+C1 were unreliable（D>15%）. City level R-value evaluation was reliable（0.95≤R≤1.05）. The leakage rate was reasonable for all vaccines except JE,which was evaluated as unreasonable. Conclusion The reported vaccination rate of routine immunization in Beihai City remains at a high level,but there may be problems of insufficient mapping and inflated vaccination rates,indicating that the quality of routine immunization monitoring work needs to be further improved.
