Abstract: Objective To investigate the basic immunization status of children aged 6-35 months in different birth cohorts with cerebrospinal meningitis vaccine in a district of Beijing, and to explore the influencing factors of the full course immunization status of children with epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis vaccine. Methods The "Beijing Immunization Planning Information Management System" was used to query and export the basic immunization data of children born from July 1,2017 to February 28,2022.The trend of change in the vaccination rates of group A meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine(MPV-A) and group A and C meningococcal polysaccharide conjugate vaccine(MPCV-AC) were described, and adverse events following immunization(AEFI) and standardized outpatient data were sorted out. Multivariate analysis was conducted on the influencing factors of the entire process vaccination of meningococcal vaccine in eligible children. Results The basic immunization coverage rate of children's meningitis vaccine in a district of Beijing was 98.58%,of which the basic immune coverage rate of MPCV-AC was increasing year by year(χ2Trend=487.08,P<0.01). Children with registered residence in Beijing, children living in urban areas,girls,MPCV-AC meningococcal vaccination,AA outpatient vaccination, the frequency of weekly outpatient days in their outpatient clinics >3,the number of registered outpatient clinics >3,and the number of vaccinations in their outpatient clinics >3 had a high completion rate of basic immunization of meningococcal vaccines[OR(95%CI)=0.37(0.35-0.39)、0.81(0.74-0.88)、1.07(1.01-1.12)、5.45(1.34-22.23)、1.12(1.00-1.25)、1.22(1.12-1.34)、1.02(1.01-1.29)、1.18(1.06-1.31)]. Conclusion The coverage rate of basic immunization against epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis among children aged from 6 to 35 months is relatively high. The focus of vaccination promotion can be placed on migrant children and rural areas, and the vaccination work in outpatient clinics serving small population can be strengthened to improve the basic immunization level of meningococcal vaccine in the whole district.
