Abstract: Objective To analyze the incidence of occupational low back pain among nurses in China. Methods CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,China biomedical literature database,Web of Science,Embase,PubMed databases were searched from May 2013 to May 2023 to collect the literature related to the occurrence of occupational low back pain in Chinese nurses. The data were extracted according to the inclusion/exclusion criteria, and the risk of bias was evaluated. The meta-analysis software used Stata 16. Results A total of 31 studies including 29 688 nurses were included. The results of subgroup analysis showed that gender, age, marital status, obesity, seniority, professional title, educational background, department, work intensity, stooping and other factors had a certain impact on the incidence of occupational low back pain among nurses in China.
