Research progress on current status and intervention of occupational burnout among pediatric nurses

Abstract:

The occupational burnouthas become a common mental health issue among pediatric nurses,significantly impacting their physical and mental well-being,the quality of nursing care,and the operational efficiency of healthcare institutions.This paper systematically reviews relevant literature to comprehensively summarize the current situation and research progress of occupational burnout and its interventions in pediatric nursing,proposes practical and feasible clinical practice suggestions to provide direction for subsequent research,ultimately promoting the occupational health development of pediatric nurses and improving the quality of nursing services.
