Objective To understand the current situation of job burnout among stomatologists in Sichuan Province， analyze the influencing factors， and put forward reasonable improvement suggestions. Methods From October 2019 to January 2020， Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey（MBI-GS） was used to conduct stratified（urban） random sampling survey of stomatologists in Sichuan Province， and the influencing factors were analyzed by χ2 test and logistic regression. Results A total of 234 valid questionnaires were collected. The total detection rate of job burnout was 10.7% ， the detection rate of emotional failure was 2.6%， the detection rate of cynicism was 23.5%， and the detection rate of low sense of achievement dimension was 48.3%. The length of service was the main influencing factor of job burnout. Conclusion The general situation of job burnout of stomatologists in Sichuan Province is relatively mild， while the depression of achievement is relatively serious. It is suggested that the improvement measures should be formulated with focusing on how to improve the stomatologists' sense of achievement and more attention should be paid to stomatologists with longer working years.
