Application of narrative nursing model in occupational burnout of nurses

Abstract

Abstract: This article reviews the concept and core technologies of narrative nursing,summarizes the application value of narrative nursing in the nursing population,and summarizes the current application status of narrative nursing in the issue of nurse burnout both domestically and internationally,so as to provide the reference for future research and application of narrative nursing in the nursing population. The narrative nursing is an effective psychological nursing method,which is of great significance for the personal development of nurses and the development of nursing disciplines. The narrative nursing can significantly alleviate the work pressure of nurses,improve their mental health level and sense of professional achievement,alleviate their negative emotions,and thus improve their occupational burnout,stabilize the nursing team,and promote the development of the nursing profession.
