Research progress on factors and protection of blood-borne occupational exposure of nurses in emergency department

Abstract: The emergency department is one of the high-risk places for nurses to have blood-borne occupational exposure. Due to the particularity of work,emergency nurses become the high-risk group of blood-borne occupational exposure,and the health problems caused by blood-borne occupational exposure cannot be ignored. The article review the forms,related factors,health hazards and protection of emergent nurses' blood-borne occupational exposure,so as to strengthen the self-awareness of protection of nursing workers,reduce the incidence of emergent nurses' blood-borne occupational exposure,and effectively protect the health and safety of nurses.
