Abstract:

Objective To systematically evaluate the effects of different interventions on sleep quality of nursing staff. Methods Randomized Controlled Trials(RCTs) about the effects of different interventions on sleep quality of nursing staff were searched from PubMed, Embase, Medline, CINAHL, The Cochrane Library, CNKI, CBM, Wanfang and VIP databases by computer retrieval. The Cochrane Library risk quality assessment tool was used for literature evaluation and grade evaluation. Review Manager 5.2 was used for traditional meta-analysis and ADDIS 1.16.8 was used for network meta-analysis. Results A total of 12 articles and 11 interventions were included, involving 1 007 nurses. Traditional meta-analysis showed that the non drug intervention measures could effectively improve the sleep quality of nursing staff (MD=-2.73,95%CI :-3.42--2.04), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Network meta-analysis showed that auricular points plaster therapy could effectively reduce the PSQIscore of nursing staff as comparedwith routine nursing intervention(MD=-4.70, 95%CI:-9.26 0.04), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The probability ranking results showed that in the routine nursing groups, auricular points plaster therapy >cognitive behavior intervention +EEG biofeedback >recovery experience intervention >group psychological intervention>humanized management>scraping>routine nursing. Conclusion Non drug intervention can effectively improve the sleep quality of nursing staff. Compared with routine nursing measures, auricular points plaster therapy can improve the sleep quality of nursing staff.
