Cigarette smoke contains a variety of harmful substances. Long-term exposure can lead to pathological changes and dysfunction of multiple organs. Studies have shown that smoking can damage the endocrine and exocrine functions of pancreas and induce a variety of diseases. But the mechanism of pancreatic injury induced by cigarette smoke is complex and lack of systematic elaboration. This paper summarizes the mechanism of cigarette smoke on pancreatic injury， provided a new idea for disease treatment， and briefly introduced the complications after pancreatic injury， to guard against the harm of cigarette smoke.
