Results The score of SCL-90 of medical staff of a second-level hospital in a county of Xinjiang was (131.24±34.40)points,and the differences in score of SCL-90 were statistically significant among medical staff with different age, educational background, professional title and working age(all P<0.05). The crisis vulnerability of medical staff was positively correlated with psychological crisis(r=0.565,P<0.01),the social support was negatively correlated with psychological crisis(r=-0.374, P<0.01),the positive coping was negatively correlated with psychological crisis(r=-0.356,P<0.01),while negative coping was positively correlated with psychological crisis(r=0.535,P<0.01). The positive coping had a significant moderating effect on crisis vulnerability and psychological crisis(P<0.01),and the negative coping had a significant moderating effect on social support and psychological crisis(P<0.01). Conclusions The medical staff of a second-level hospital in a county of Xinjiang have a high score of psychological risk,so more attention should be paid to their mental health status.
