Abstract: Objective To investigate the psychological resilience and related influencing factors of nurses in the intensive care unit(ICU) of hospital cardiac surgery. Methods Totally 40 nurses from the ICU of cardiac surgery in Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were selected as the research subjects from February to April 2022. The Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC) was used to conduct a special survey, and t test Spearman correlation analysis and logistic regression were used to analyze its influencing factors. Results The total score of psychological resilience of ICU nursing staff in cardiac surgery was (56.82±9.33)points,which is lower than the total score of psychological resilience of in-service nurses in China[(87.28±13.28)points]. There was a statistically significant difference in the total score of psychological resilience between the two groups(P<0.05). The results of correlation analysis showed that the scores of psychological resilience and the scores of three dimensions were positively correlated to the educational level, working hours and night shift status of ICU nurses(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the psychological resilience scores among nurses with different educational level, working hours, professional title, night shift, employment nature and workplace tension(all P<0.05). The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that educational level, working hours, night shift and employment nature were independent-risk factors affecting the psychological resilience of nursing staff[OR(95%CI)=1.933(1.209-3.022),1.633(1.101-2.659),2.052(1.551-3.123),2.177(1.583-3.296)]. Conclusion The psychological resilience level of ICU nurses in cardiac surgery is relatively low,and the influencing factors are complex,so the managers should intervene based on corresponding factors to improve the psychological status of ICU nurses in cardiac surgery.
