Abstract: Objective To explore the correlation between occupational well-being,occupational mission and occupational commitment of outpatient nurses in the Affiliated Qingdao Central Hospital of Qingdao University. Methods A cross-sectional survey method was used to select 43 outpatient nurses from the Affiliated Qingdao Central Hospital of Qingdao University by the convenience sampling in December 2021,and questionnaires were administered to them using the general information questionnaire, the medical staff professional well-being scale, the professional mission scale, and the professional commitment scale, respectively,to analyze the correlation between the professional well-being and professional mission of outpatient nurses and their professional commitment. Results The total score of the 43 outpatient nurses was (81.19±10.26)points in the occupational well-being scale,(39.82±4.51)points in the occupational mission scale, and (86.43±9.15)points in the occupational commitment scale. Pearson correlation analysis showed that outpatient nurses' occupational well-being and sense of professional mission were positively correlated with the level of occupational commitment(r=0.442,0.429,both P<0.05). Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the occupational commitment scores among outpatient nurses with different age, professional title, personnel relationship and personal monthly income(all P<0.05). Multiple regression analysis showed that professional title, personnel relationship and personal monthly income, physical and mental health,value/ability performance, economic income, meaning and value were the main influencing factors of outpatient nurses' professional commitment level(all P<0.05). Conclusion The professional commitment of outpatient nurses in the Affiliated Qingdao Central Hospital of Qingdao University is at an intermediate level, and both professional well-being and professional mission are correlated with professional commitment, and are its main influencing factors.
