Workplace spirituality was positively related to the organizational citizenship behavior of primary and secondary school teachers(r=0.61,P<0.01),while both workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior of primary and secondary school teachers were negatively related to work-family conflict(r=-0.13,-0.26,both P<0.05). The interaction term of workplace spirituality and work-family conflict negatively predicted organizational citizenship behavior(β=-0.06,t=-2.56,P<0.05). Conclusion Among 330 teachers from 17 primary and secondary schools in Henan Province, workplace spirituality can significantly positively predict organizational citizenship behavior.
