Research progress on nurses' emergency preparedness

Abstract: The natural disasters occur frequently around the world. Nurses,as one of the medical staff,play an important role in emergency preparedness and response. Improving nurses' emergency preparedness is a positive measure to cope with natural disasters and epidemics. The paper systematically reviews the concept and influencing factors of emergency preparedness and the status quo of emergency preparedness of clinical nurses at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for nursing managers to improve the emergency preparedness level of clinical nurses and carry out related research in China.
