Scientific and accurate assessment, analysis and management of psychiatric nurses' stressors are not only conducive to alleviating their occupational stress, but also of great significance to improving the quality of nursing services. This article is guided by the Robbins' stressor theory model and provides a review of assessment tools, factor analysis, and management strategies for occupational stressors in psychiatric nurses,in order to provide references for constructing a stress management system for psychiatric nurses in China, improving nurses' mental health, and upgrading the quality of nursing services.
