Research progress on core competency evaluation indexes for graduate students in general medicine in context of new medical science

Abstract

Abstract: The core competence refers to the most core characteristics and requirements that a certain professional field needs to possess.The postgraduate students of general medicine,as the reserve army of community health services,their level of comprehensive ability determines the quality of health services in China.This paper provides an overview of the current status of research on the concepts,reference frameworks/models,and evaluation indicators related to competency of postgraduate students in general medicine,so as to provide a reference for better training and scientific evaluation of the comprehensive competency of postgraduate students in general medicine.
