Abstract: Objective To analyze the impact of non-compliant task pressure and psychological resilience on occupational burnout among internal medicine nurses in Qingdao General Hospital. Methods From September to October 2023,a convenient sampling method was used to select 192 internal medicine nurses from 5 comprehensive hospitals in Qingdao as the survey subjects. The survey was conducted using a general situation questionnaire, psychological resilience scale,non-compliant task scale, and occupational burnout scale, and the data were analyzed. Results The scores of non-compliance task pressure, psychological resilience, and occupational burnout among internal medicine nurses were (28.42±7.26),(80.46±15.28),and (61.48±13.89)points,respectively.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in occupational burnout among internal medicine nurses of different ages, years of work experience, professional titles, marital status, monthly income, and monthly night shift frequency(all P<0.05). Non-compliant task pressure was positively correlated with occupational burnout, while psychological resilience was negatively correlated with occupational burnout, and non-compliant task pressure was negatively correlated with psychological resilience(all P<0.01). Psychological resilience partially mediated the relationship between non-compliant task pressure and occupational burnout among internal medicine nurses, with a mediation effect of 0.306,accounting for 52.40% of the total effect. Conclusion Psychological resilience plays a partial mediating role in non-compliant tasks pressure and occupational burnout of internal medicine nurses in Qingdao General Hospital. Improving psychological resilience can alleviate the impact of non-compliant task pressure on occupational burnout.
