Objective To understand the noise exposure and hearing loss of workers in a metal products industry in Jiangbei District of Chongqing City, evaluate the risk of noise-induced hearing loss by ISO1999:2013(E),and classify the risk according to WS/T 954-2016 "Guidelines on the risk of noise Occupational Diseases",to guide the enterprise to take targeted hearing protection measures. Methods An on-the-spot investigation was carried out in the metal products industry in Jiangbei District of Chongqing City. A total of 147 workers in the main noise operation positions of the enterprise since January 2022 were selected as the research subjects. Pure tone hearing tests were conducted to detect the 40 hours equivalent continuous A sound level(LEX,W) of noise exposure level in the positions. The relationship between hearing loss and type of work, length of service exposed to noise and noise exposure level was analyzed. ISO 1999-2013 model was used to evaluate and manage the exposure risk of noise jobs. Results The LEX,W range of workers in different noise jobs in the enterprise was 84.0-93.0 dB(A),and the over-standard rate of post noise was 79.4%. Among them, the noise exceedance rate of welding, grinding, hole making, assembly, and blanking positions was 100%.The hazard classification of the workplace showed that the harm of welding and grinding positions was moderate hazardous, while that of other positions were mild hazardous. Among 147 noise workers,it was found that 26 cases(17.7%) had simple high-frequency hearing loss and 11 cases(7.5%) had high-frequency hearing loss. There was no statistically significant difference in the proportion of hearing loss among different positions(χ2=7.525,P>0.05). With the increase of noise exposure time and noise intensity, the proportion of hearing loss showed an upward trend, the difference was statistically significant, and there was a correlation between them(χ2=7.357,13.201;r=0.218,0.287,all P<0.05). It was predicted that the risk range of high-frequency hearing threshold loss caused by noise for workers in various positions after the age of 50 was 2.4% to 21.9%,with grinding positions being at a higher risk. The risk range of occupational noise deafness caused by noise was 0.09%,and there was a high risk in grinding, welding, and hole-making positions. Conclusion There is a high risk of high-frequency hearing loss and occupational noise deafness in grinding, welding, and hole-making posts in this enterprise. Given the medium risk and above positions, employers should implement hearing protection plans and give priority to organization and management measures, equipped with appropriate hearing protectors, organize workers for occupational health examinations, hazard notification, and hearing protection training, and regularly assess the risk of noise exposure.

Objective To investigate the short-term acute exposure effects of fine particulate matter(PM2.5) on population mortality in the ambient air of Huai'an City and evaluate average annual excess mortality risk in Huai’an. Methods Collected the daily mortality data in Huai'an City from 2017 to 2021,along with concurrent meteorological data and atmospheric PM2.5 levels. Generalized additive models(GAM) were used to analyze the acute effects of PM2.5 on resident mortality and the cumulative lag effects. Additionally,a health risk assessment model was employed to analyze the excess mortality risk attributable to PM2.5. Results From 2017 to 2021,the annual average PM2.5 level was 41.12 μg/m3 in Huai'an City, which exceeded the national air quality grade II limit. The GAM model revealed that the impact of PM2.5 on mortality presented lag and cumulative lag effects. The acute effects of PM2.5 on non-accidental,respiratory,and circulatory deaths peaked on the day of exposure(lag0 d),with health risks increasing by 0.92%,1.29%,and 1.06%,respectively for every 10 μg/m3 increase in daily concentration. The cumulative effects of PM2.5 on non-accidental,respiratory,and circulatory deaths reached their maxima at lag0:1 d,lag0:2 d,and lag0:1 d,respectively, with health risks increasing by 0.82%,1.47%,and 0.97%,respectively for each 10 μg/m3 increase in daily concentration. Using PM2.5=35.0 μg/m3 as a reference mass concentration for assessing excess mortality risk, the annual average PM2.5 concentration decreased from 44.42 μg/m3 in 2017 to 35.99 μg/m3 in 2021. Compared to 2017,the numbers of non-accidental,respiratory,and circulatory deaths in 2021 decreased by 32.55%,49.39% and 22.56%,respectively. Conclusion The ambient air PM2.5 concentration in Huaian City is at a relatively high level, but effective control of PM2.5 concentration can significantly reduce the risk of excess mortality among residents.

Objective To explore the mediating role of persistent personality in the relationship between parental technoference and internalization problems among college students,as well as the moderating role of sense of non-reactivity in the relationship between persistent personality and internalization problems. Methods From September to October in 2023,a random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 450 college students from a university in Guangdong Province, using the parental technoference scale, persistent personality scale,non-reactivity scale, symptom checklist 90 scale(SCL-90),and the data was analyzed. Results The score of parental technoferenceamong college students was (19.11±9.43)point,the score of internalization problems among college students was (66.79±39.11)point,the score of persistent personality was (9.63±4.49) point, and the score of non-reactivity was (17.51±6.79)point. There was a positive correlation between parental technoference and internalization problems(r=0.59,P<0.01),and a negative correlation with persistent personality(r=-0.60,P<0.01). There was a negative correlation between persistent personality and internalization problems(r=-0.80,P<0.01). Persistent personality partially mediated the relationship between parental technoference and internalization problems(95%CI:0.171-0.272). There was a significant regulatory effect in the process of internalizing problems influenced by persistent personality(β=0.330,P<0.01). Conclusion Parental technological interference can not only directly and positively predict internalizing problems, but also indirectly affect them through a persistent personality. Sense of non-reactivity have a regulatory effect, and compared to low responders, high non responders have a smaller effect on internalizing problems due to their persistent personality.
