Research process on chronic stress in pilots

Abstract: Due to the specificity of occupation,pilots need to tolerate more psychological pressure in work and daily life,prone to chronic stress,which can affect flight quality and flight safety of modern routes. Accordingly,how to relieve pilots' chronic stress and reduce pilots' mental load is becoming a realistic problem that needs to be explored urgently. This article reviews the concept,connotation and measurement methods of chronic stress,deeply analyzes the influencing factors of pilots' chronic stress and finally we conclude mitigation measures to relieve pilots' stress and to provide references for ensuring flight safety.
