Visual analysis of research hotspots for cancer survivors returning to work in the past decade

Abstract: Objective Through the literature analysis of the research status and hotspots of cancer survivors returning to work in the past ten years,to provide reference and ideas for related research in China. Methods A systematic search was conducted for the relevant literature on cancer survivors returning to work from 2012 to 2022 in the core collection of the Web of Science(WOS) database,and CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used for visual analysis. Results A total of 741 articles were included. The annual foreign publication volume was on the rise as a whole. Developed countries such as the United States,the Netherlands,and Canada and their institutions had more research results in this field. High-frequency keywords included quality of life,employment,breast cancer,etc. Burst term included meta-analysis,association,etc. The research hotspots mainly focused on the quality of life,psychological distress,supportive needs and multidisciplinary cooperation intervention in returning to work. Conclusions From 2012 to 2022,the field of cancer survivors returning to work has attracted international attention. The implementation of multidisciplinary cooperation in care planning is the latest research trend in this field. Domestic researchers can learn from foreign research hotspots and frontiers to lay a foundation for domestic research.
