Research progress of occupational contact dermatitis in nurses

Abstract: : In clinical nursing work,due to frequent hand washing,contact with disinfectant,long-term wear protective equipment and other factors,the nurses expose to occupational harmful factors for a long time,occupational contact dermatitis(OCD) is increasing the possibility. The OCD affects the physical and mental health of nurses,as well as their work completion and efficiency.The research on OCD of nurses in China is still in the initial stage. Therefore,the paper reviews the research progress of OCD in nurses,understand the influencing factors of OCD in nurses,propose effective intervention measures to preventOCD in nurses,and provide theoretical guidance for the majority of nursing workers to prevent OCD.
