Objective To explore the characteristics of firefighters in post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) and vicarious trauma(VT) as rescuers who experience traumatic situations. Methods From November 2020 to February 2021,using the convenience sampling,a survey was conducted on 2 084 firefighters in Shanghai by the self-compiled general demographic data questionnaire, stress perception scale and rescuer substitute trauma questionnaire, and the results of the survey were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis and Johnson Neyman method. Results The average score of the PCL-5 scale for fire rescue personnel was (27.54±9.16)points,and the average score of the VT questionnaire was (65.17±26.00)points. The stress perception score[(21.77±7.93)points] offront-line firefighters was significantly higher than that of non-front-line fire rescue workers[(19.38±8.16)points](P<0.01). The total score ofstress perception of 1 806 front-line firefighters was significantly positively correlated with the total score of PCL-5 scale and the symptoms of the four groups(all P<0.01). The moderating effect test found that traumatic memory played a moderating role between stress and PTSD symptoms, and stress feelings would lead to higher PTSD symptoms in the context of traumatic memory. Conclusion The symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder and the vicarious trauma among firefighters in each detachment in Shanghai are more obvious, the management and fire rescue personnel should increase their awareness of their own psychological trauma and stress when participating in rescue work, and pay more attention to mental health.

Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of acrylamide andL-asparagine in Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizome(AMR),analyze the content change of acrylamide and L-asparagine during the thermal processing of AMR,so as to providebasis for the research of processing technology. Methods The simultaneous determination of L-asparagine and acrylamide in AMR was realized by dispersed solid phase extraction using multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Using this method, the contents of L-asparagine andacrylamide in processed AMR samples were determined under different processing temperature and time. The risk of acrylamide contamination in AMR was evaluated by margin of exposure(MOE). Results In the validation of the optimized method, the recoveries of L-asparagine were 98.4%-103.2% with relative standard deviation(RSD) of 2.5%-3.6%. The recoveries of acrylamide were 97.5%-101.9% with RSD of 1.9%-3.1%. The linear relationships of acrylamide and L-asparagine were good within the range of 1-50 ng/mL and 25-1000 ng/mL respectively, and the correlation coefficients were ≥0.99. The detection limit of acrylamide and L-asparagine was 0.003 mg/kg and 0.1 mg/kg respectively. During the processing of AMR,L-asparagine showed a downward trend with the increase of time, and the content of acrylamide first increased and then decreased with the processing time. According to the change of acrylamide content in AMR after processing, the lowest value was 79.3 μg/kg and the highest value was 1558.9 μg/kg,which led to the lowest MOE value of 673.6,indicating safety risk. Conclusions The study establishes and verifies a method for the simultaneous determination of acrylamide and L-asparagine. After the thermal processing of AMR,the concentration of acrylamide increases significantly, resulting in potential safety risks. Comprehensive consideration was needed to further improve and standardize the processing technology.

:The study of psychological resilience began in the 1970s,but its definition has not been unified in the academic world. In the past half century, almost all the research measured mental resilienceby scale. In recent years, researchers have tried to study resilience by the theory and methods of network analysis. This paper summarizes the definition, evaluation methods and the application of network analysis in the field of resilience, and proposes that traditional scale and network analysis methods can be applied to longitudinal data, which has certain reference significance for the assessment and intervention of resilience.
