Research progress of nurses' innovative behavior from perspective of sense of job control

Abstract: :With the development of medical reform and the continuous expansion of nursing service field,the innovative behavior of nurses has been paid more and more attention by managers.As an important part of the medical and health system,nurses can keep up with the pace of development of the industry through active innovation,which is of great significance to promote patient health and improve nursing quality. This paper summarizes nurses' innovative behavior from the perspective of individual internal resources-sense of job control. According to the review of sense of job control and innovative behavior,the paper deeply explores the relationship between them,analyzes the current situation of nurses' innovative behavior from the perspective of sense of job control,and puts forward the promotion strategy of nurses' innovative behavior from the perspective of sense of job control. The purpose is to improve the attention of nurses and nursing managers to the sense of work control. Managers should also fully authorize and formulate intervention plans to promote the occurrence of nurses' innovative behavior,and provide reference basis for follow-up research.
