Abstract: Objective To explore the correlation between rotation pressure, psychological capital and job burnout of standardized training nurses in emergency department and cardiology department in the Huai'an First People's Hospital. Methods From June 2019 to October 2021,184 new nurses who received standardized training in the emergency department and cardiology department of Huai'an First People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were selected by convenient sampling method as the survey object, and investigated and analyzed by rotation stress scale, psychological capital scale and job burnout scale. Results Therotation pressure score of 184 standardized trainingnursesin the emergency department and cardiology department of Huai'an First People's Hospital was (28.90±3.64)points,psychological capital score was (78.30±5.29)points,and job burnout score was(57.66±3.99)points. There were statistically significantdifferences in the rotation pressure score among standardized training nurses of different age, educational background, standardized training time, marital status, monthly income and the number of night shifts per month(all P<0.05). There were statistically significantdifferences in the psychological capital score among standardized training nurses of different gender, age, educational background, standardized training time, monthly income and the number of night shifts per month(all P<0.05). There were statistically significantdifferences in the job burnout score among standardized training nurses of different age, educational background, standardized training time, monthly income and and the number of night shifts per month(all P<0.05). Therotation pressureof standardized training nurses was positively correlated with job burnout(r=0.646,P<0.01),the psychological capital was negatively correlated with job burnout(r=-0.933,P<0.01),and the rotation pressurewas negatively correlated with psychological capital(r=-0.653,P<0.01). The psychological capitalof standardized training nursesplayed a partial mediating role between rotation pressure and job burnout, the mediating effect was 0.166,accounting for 25.58% of the total effect. Conclusions Among the standardized trainingnursesin the emergency department and cardiology department of Huai'an First People's Hospital, the higher the rotationpressure level, the higher the level of job burnout. The psychological capital plays a partial intermediary role between rotation pressureand job burnout. Improving the level of psychological capital is beneficial to reduce the impact of rotation pressure on job burnout.
