Abstract: :The study of psychological resilience began in the 1970s,but its definition has not been unified in the academic world. In the past half century, almost all the research measured mental resilienceby scale. In recent years, researchers have tried to study resilience by the theory and methods of network analysis. This paper summarizes the definition, evaluation methods and the application of network analysis in the field of resilience, and proposes that traditional scale and network analysis methods can be applied to longitudinal data, which has certain reference significance for the assessment and intervention of resilience.
