Abstract: Objective By a bibliometric analysis of the relevant literature on dyadic coping in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),to understand the research hotspots and status quo of this theory, explore its frontiers,in order to sort out the development of dyadic coping research field in China. Methods The retrieval was conducted based on the CNKI,and time limit was from establishment of database to May 15,2022. CiteSpace was used to conduct bibliometric analysis of search results. Results A total of 219 papers were included. Since 2018,the papers published has increased year by year, but the quality is not high and the number is insufficient. Neither core journal groups nor core author groups in this field have been formed. The research institutions and regions are not scattered. The "dyadic coping","spouse" and "influencing factors" are the hotspots in this research field. Conclusion The research on dyadic coping starts relatively late in China, and there are still many shortcomings and blanks while achieving certain results, but it has certain development prospects,Chinese researchers need to learn from foreign research experience to further increase the depth and breadth of research,to promote the faster and better development of dyadic coping research in China.
