Research progress on nurses' workplace bullying

Abstract: The workplace bullying is widespread in all industries,especially in the nursing field,and has a serious negative impact on the mental and physical aspects of the bullied. This paper reviews the conceptual connotation,theoretical mechanism,assessment tools and influencing factors of bullying in the workplace of nurses,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,so as to provide references for exploring effective intervention strategies,improving the current situation of poor development in nursing workplaces,and promoting the physical and mental health of nursing workers and the healthy and stable development of nursing career.
