Research progress on nurses' digital health capabilities

Abstract: :In the digital era of rapid development of information technology,digital healthcare has undoubtedly become a key area for the construction of digital China. As the largest professional group in the healthcare field,the nursing team is also the main group of people who have successfully implemented and used digital technologies,and the level of their digital health capabilities directly affects the digital transformation of the medical industry. Through literature review,this paper reviews the concept,status quo and influencing factors of nurses' digital health ability,discusses the shortcomings of nurses' digital health ability in China and puts forward relevant countermeasures,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of nurses' digital health ability in China,in order to enhance the knowledge and skills of nurses in digital ability and promote the development of nurses' digital health ability.
