Abstract: Objective To sort out and analyze the current situation, hot spots and trends of domestic research on AIDS discrimination,so as to provide a reference for carrying out targeted health education. Methods A comprehensive search of relevant research on AIDS discrimination from the establishment of the CNKI database to July 1,2023 was conducted, and the authors, research institutions, keywords, etc. included in the research literature were co presented and clustered through CiteSpace software. Results From 1999 to 2023,a total of 1 176 articles were obtained through document retrieval, and 542 articles were finally included for analysis. The number of articles published showed a fluctuating trend over time, with the highest number of articles published in 2009 at 45. The high-frequency keywords were "AIDS","discrimination","attitude","knowledge". The central top three were "AIDS","discrimination" and "social discrimination". Conclusions Discrimination against AIDS is widespread in China. Relevant scholars should further strengthen cooperation between different regions, institutions and teams to achieve cross regional and cross team research on AIDS discrimination,so as to improve the level of health education and reduce AIDS discrimination.
