Objective To identify and determine the occupational hazards and their exposure level in the workplace of 6 gas transmission stations,1 compressor station and 1 maintenance team in a gas transmission company in Zhejiang Province. Mastering the present situation of occupational hazards and put forward corresponding countermeasures and improvement measures, preventing and controlling of occupational hazards, aiming to protect the health of workers. Methods Collecting the relevant data of the company from July to October 2022,carrying on the occupational health spot detection on the basis of the occupational health spot investigation, and evaluating the present situation of the occupational disease hazards of the company comprehensively by using the checklist method. Results The major occupational hazards of the station maintenance team include methane, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide, hydrogen sulfide, grinding wheel dust, noise and power frequency electric field. Collectted samples of harmful chemical factors:59 carbon monoxide,57 nitrogen oxides,21 hydrogen sulfide, and 2 grinding wheel dust. The pass rate of all samples was 100.0%. Detected physical harmful factors:279 noise levels,99 power frequency electric fields, and 7 illuminance levels. The qualified rate of the 40/8 h equivalent sound level and 8 h power frequency electric field intensity time weighted average detection results was 100.0%. However, the noise intensity in workplaces such as power generation rooms, compressor rooms, compressor air cooling areas, some station voltage regulating areas, and polishing operation positions exceeded 85 dB(A),and the qualified rate of illuminance detection results was 71.4%. Upon inspection,it was found that the accident ventilation frequency of some explosion-proof axial flow fans in the power generation room was less than 12 times per hour. Conclusions Under the normal production condition of the station and yard, the detection results of occupational disease hazardous factors meet the limit requirements, the occupational disease hazardous protection effect and facilities meet the requirements of laws and regulations, and the occupational health management system is relatively sound, problems including no portable carbon monoxide gas detector,explosion-proof axial flow fan accident ventilation frequency less than 12 times/h in some stations, employees start the generator without earplugs, lighting lamp damage replacement is not timely, the occupational hazards warning signs are not perfect, and so on. It is suggested that the implementation and improvement of occupational health management system, the corresponding publicity and education should be strengthened.

Objective Using bioinformatics methods to screen natural drug ingredients for the treatment of silicosis from the perspective of ferroptosis,in order to provide new clues for the prevention and treatment of silicosis. Methods The gene expression data set related to silicosis was downloaded from the GEO database, and the data set was standardized by R software. The gene expression profile was analyzed using the limma package to obtain differentially expressed genes. The genes related to ferroptosis were collected through the FerrDb database. The intersection of ferroptosis-related genes and differentially expressed genes in silicosis was performed. The KEGG and GO enrichment analysis of the intersection genes was performed using the Webgestalt platform, and the PPI protein interaction network analysis of the intersection genes was performed using the STRING database and imported into the Cytoscape software to obtain the core target. The natural drugs targeting the core targets were searched by SymMap platform, and the effective components of natural drugs were found by TCMSP. Finally, molecular docking verification was carried out. Results Totally 31 intersection genes were obtained by intersection of ferroptosis-related genes and differentially expressed genes of silicosis. GO analysis showed that the intersection genes were involved in biological processes such as biological regulation, metabolic process and multicellular process. KEGG functional enrichment analysis showed that the differential genes were mainly enriched in ferroptosis,HIF-1 signaling pathway and AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications. Importing intersection genes into Cytoscape software resulted in five core targets. Quercetin and β-Sitosterol docking between the drug components of beta sitosterol and the core target showed that NOS2 and TGFBR1 had low binding energy and stable binding with these two drugs. Conclusion Quercetin and β-Sitosterol may be potential therapeutic drugs for silicosis, and NOS2 and TGFBR1 are the core therapeutic targets. The results of this study can provide new ideas for the development of drugs for the treatment of silicosis.
