Research progress on change fatigue of nurses

Abstract: Change fatigue refers to that when individuals face frequent changes,their ability and enthusiasm to deal with organizational change will be reduced,and continuous changes will lead to the exhaustion of individual resources,resulting in the phenomenon of change fatigue. Change fatigue has an important impact on the organizational commitment of nursing team,the mental health of nursing workers and the quality of patient care. Therefore,nurse change fatigue deserves extensive attention. Improving nurse change fatigue can effectively reduce the turnover rate of nurses,stabilize the nursing team,improve nurse job burnout and ensure the health of nurses. This article provides a review of nurse change fatigue,focusing on its concept,theoretical basis,assessment tools,current situation,influencing factors,outcome variables and suggestions and strategies for improving nurse change fatigue,so as to provide a reference for preventing and improving the level of nurse change fatigue.
