Analysis on epidemic situation of notifiable disease in Daxing District of Beijing City from 2017 to 2022

Abstract: Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable disease in Daxing District of Beijing City from 2017 to 2022,and provide a basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in Daxing District of Beijing City. Methods Collected the notifiable disease report data of Daxing District of Beijing City from 2017 to 2022 through the Infectious Disease Monitoring System of the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System,and analyzed the data. Results From 2020 to 2022,Daxing District of Beijing City reported an average of 7 654 cases of 22 kinds of A,B and C notifiable disease in the three years,with a incidence rate of 413.31/100 000,an average of 11 deaths and a mortality rate of 0.59/100 000. From 2017 to 2019,an average of 11 863 cases of 23 kinds were reported,with a incidence rate of 695.04/100 000,an average of 12 deaths and a mortality rate of 0.70/100 000. The average annual value from 2020 to 2022 was lower than that from 2017 to 2019,and the incidence rate and mortality rate were decreased by 40.56% and 15.71% respectively. On the perspective of transmission routes,the average annual value from 2020 to 2022 was lower than that from 2017 to 2019. The incidence rate of intestinal infectious diseases,respiratory infectious diseases(the mortality rate),natural foci and insect borne infectious diseases and blood borne and sexually transmitted infections(the mortality rate) were decreased by 68.07%,25.06%(64.29%),25.0% and 21.33%(5.26%) respectively. Conclusion The average reported statutory incidence rate and mortality rates from 2020 to 2022 are lower than those from 2017 to 2019,of which the decline of Class C infectious diseases is more obvious,and the incidence rate of most diseases are reduced by different degrees.
