Abstract

Abstract: Objective To understand the current situation of occupational safety of "online appointment nurses",analyze its influencing factors. Methods From August to October 2023,325 "online appointment nurses" were collected from 15 secondary hospitals or above in Chongqing by the convenience sampling,they were investigated by the general information questionnaire,the medical staff's sense of occupational safety scale,the coping style scale,and the psychological capital scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The sense of occupational safety among "online appointment nurses" was low,and the score of occupational safety in 325 "online appointment nurses" was（73.29±9.08）points. The gender,years of clinical nursing experience,whether they were specialized nurses,the number of home visits,whether they were full-time,coping style,and psychological capital were the factors influencing the occupational safety of "online appointment nurses"（all P<0.05）. Conclusion The level of occupational safety of "online appointment nurses" is low,and the managers should formulate appropriate strategies according to the level of occupational safety of "online appointment nurses" and their influencing factors,to improve their occupational safety and minimize the loss of nursing talents.
