Abstract: Objective To understand the current situation of role stress among newly recruited nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals in Guangzhou, and analyze the influencing factors. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 106 newly recruited nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals in Guangzhou from December 2020 to March 2022. The role stress level of nurses was evaluated using a role stress scale.
