Abstract: Objective To understand the intervention effect of Maxi Laifu aerobics combined with dietary intervention onthe morphological function, glucose and lipid metabolism, cardiovascular function and cardiopulmonary function of simple obese middle school students, provide theoretical support for the physical and mental health development of simple obese middle school students. Methods A total of 89 simple obesity middle school students from Future Star Summer Health Enhancement Training Camp and a junior high school in Urumqi in 2021 were selected as intervention objects and divided into the control group and the intervention group. They received eight weeks of Maxi Laifuaerobics combined with dietary intervention. The morphological function, glucose and lipid metabolism, cardiovascular function and cardiopulmonary function were measured before and after the intervention. Results In the intervention group, there were statistically significant differences in the body mass index(BMI),waist circumference, hip circumference, vital capacity,waist-to-height ratio,waist-to-hip ratio, triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),aspartate transaminase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),serum urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr),uric acid(UA),reactive hyperemia index(RHI),vasodilationand systolic factors, atherosclerosis index(AI) between before and after the intervention(all P<0.05),all indexes has been optimized to a certain extent. In the control group, the differences in all indexes were not statistically significant(all P>0.05). Conclusion After eight weeks of Maxi Laifuaerobics combined with dietary intervention, the morphological function, glucose and lipid metabolism, cardiovascular function and cardiopulmonary function of simple obese middle school students have been improved.
