Research progress of physiology mechanism and intervention measures for nurses' job burnout

Abstract: The foreign research on nurses' job burnout has a history of more than 30 years,in which the incidence,influencing factors,assessment tools and intervention measures have been deeply studied and discussed.In recent years,China also made breakthrough progress in nurses' occupation burnout,the research scope expands unceasingly,and the level is more profound. After systematic review of domestic and foreign literature in recent years,this article reviews the physiological changes and interventions of nurses after job burnout,including interventions at the individual level,organizational level,comprehensive level,interventions during the major public health emergencies and the correct application of interventions,so as to provide a reference for future research.
