Research progress on the evaluation and intervention of adolescent resilience

Abstract

Abstract: In view of the particularity of the growth and development of adolescents,it is easy to appear low resilience performance such as cowardice and inferiority,which is not conducive to the development of physical and mental health. Therefore,this study reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad,and summarizes the research status,influencing factors,assessment tools and intervention measures of adolescent resilience. Intended to provide reference for promoting the improvement of resilience level of adolescents in China.
