Abstract: Objective To investigate the current situation of professional resilience of oncology nurses in grade-A tertiary hospital of Hefei City and analyze its influence on critical concepts. Methods From January to June 2023,326 oncology nurses from four grade-A tertiary hospital of Hefei City were investigated by the general data questionnaire, occupational resilience scale and critical concept scale, and the data were analyzed. Results The total score of professional resilience of 326 oncology nurses in Hefei City was (83.12±21.46)points,and the higher and lower dimensional average scores were professional goals and professional emotions, respectively. The total score of critical concept was (289.19±23.65)points,and the higher and lower dimensional average scores were analytical ability and self-confidence,respectively. The professional resilience of oncology nurses was positively correlated with the total score of critical perception and all dimensions(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the professional resilience scores among oncology nurses with different working years, whether teaching or not and the number of night shifts per month(all P<0.05). The critical concept could explain 34.1% of the occupational resilience scores of oncology nurses(P<0.05). Conclusions The professional resilience level of oncology nurses in Hefei City needs to be improved. The oncology nurses have positive critical thinking to some extent, and the two influence and depend on each other, which can jointly improve the professional quality of oncology nurses. It is suggested that nursing managers should pay attention to the professional emotional experience of oncology nurses, try to expand the factors that can promote their professional resilience and critical concept, weaken and eliminate the risk factors caused by both, and take targeted intervention measures to jointly improve the occupational health and team construction of oncology nurses,so as to promote the healthy development of oncology nurses.
