Research progress on adolescent psychological resilience in relation to family factors and childhood trauma

Abstract: Adolescence is a crucial period in a person's growth process,during which they experience many physical and psychological changes,while also needing to cope with various challenges and pressures in the external environment. Psychological resilience is a key psychological trait that can help adolescents cope with adversity,overcome difficulties,adapt to changes,and achieve personal growth. This article aims to review the relationship between psychological resilience and family factors,childhood trauma,and how to improve adolescent psychological resilience to promote their mental health and development.
