Abstract:

Emerging biomedical technologies,as the core driving force for medical progress and the development of health and medical care, have demonstrated revolutionary potential in the fields of disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment.Among them, technologies such as cell therapy and gene therapy have demonstrated significant clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of difficult diseases. As the core participants in the entire process of technology application, medical staff are involved in multiple key links such as laboratory cell preparation, diagnosis and treatment operations, and sample processing, and are confronted with diversified occupational exposure risks that are different from traditional medical scenarios. This article systematically reviews the relevant research achievements at home and abroad.Starting from the core types of emerging biomedical technologies and the participation links of medical staff,it comprehensively analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of biological, chemical, physical and psychosocial exposure risks, integrates the core contents and application differences of existing protective measures and guidelines at home and abroad, and summarizes the current research consensus and disputes, clarifies core issues and future research directions,in order to provide evidence-based references for building a scientific and efficient clinical protection system and safeguarding the occupational health of medical staff.
