Research progress of nurses' job embeddedness based on job demands-resources model

Abstract:

As a key variable to predict employee turnover,job embeddedness has become a hot research topic in the field of management. On the other hand,job demand-resources(JD-R) model can explain employees' career experience from the perspective of stressors. Based on the JD-R model,this article mainly reviews clinical nurses' work embedding assessment tools,research status,influencing factors and management strategies of clinical nursing,in order to provide reference for nursing managers to formulate comprehensive management measures,improve nurses' professional happiness and stabilize nursing work team.
