Abstract: Objective To further understand the occupational health status of radiation workers in medical institutions, provide basis for protecting occupational health of radiation workers and conducting health education. Methods In October 2021,the data of on-the-job occupational health examination of 1 883 radiation workers in medical institutions in Tianjin were collected and analyzed. By the SPSS 24.0 statistical software,χ2 test was used to analyze the differences in the abnormal rates of hemogram, blood pressure, blood glucose, thyroid hormone and ocular lens opacity, and multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of abnormal blood pressure, blood glucose and ocular lens. Results The highest abnormal rate of on-the-job physical examination of medical radiation workers was abnormal blood pressure(19.4%),followed by lens opacity(15.0%),in addition, the abnormal rate of hemoglobin was 4.2%(80/1 883),the abnormal rate of platelet was 5.8%(109/1 883),and the abnormal rate of thyroid stimulation hormone(TSH) was 3.8%(71/1 883). The age was the independent influencing factor of blood pressure, blood glucose and ocular lens opacity, and the correlation gradually increased with age, while the post type was the non-independent influencing factor of abnormal rate of hemogram, blood pressure, blood glucose, thyroid hormone and ocular lens opacity. Compared with hospitals at level 1 and below, the abnormal rates of TSH and blood glucose in level-3 medical institutions were lower, which the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05),while the the ocular lens opacity rate was higher, which was 1.899 times higher than that in hospitals at level 1 and below(OR=1.899,95%CI:1.246-2.894). Conclusion In the physical examination and health management of radiation workers,in addition to paying attention to the abnormalities of leukocytes, platelets, thyroid hormones and eye crystals, the non-sensitive indicators of hemoglobin, erythrocyte and blood pressure abnormalities should also be paid attention to,and the health management of thyroid hormones and blood glucose in hospitals at level 1 and below and the eye protection of staff in level-3 medical institutions should be strengthened.
