摘要/Abstract

摘要：

护士专业生活品质指护士在提供护理服务过程中所获得的生活品质，是评估护士职业心理健康的关键指标，包含3个核心维度：共情满意、职业倦怠和二次创伤压力。本文从相关概念、国内外现状、影响因素及可干预措施4个方面对护士专业生活品质进行综述，以期为改善护士身心健康、提升专业生活品质、稳定护理队伍、提高护理质量提供参考。

关键词: 护士, 专业生活品质, 影响因素, 干预措施

Abstract:

The professional quality of life among nurses refers to the quality of life obtained by nurses in the process of providing nursing services. It is a key indicator for evaluating the professional mental health of nurses and includes three core dimensions：empathy satisfaction，burnout，and secondary traumatic stress. This article reviews the professional quality of life of nurses from four perspectives：related concepts，current domestic and international situations，influencing factors，and intervention strategies，in order to provide reference for improving the physical and mental health of nurses，enhancing professional quality of life，stabilizing the nursing team，and ultimately elevating the overall quality of nursing care.
