Abstract: Objective The construction material factory has always been the key industry of occupational hazard control. In order to identify and analyze the types of occupational hazard factors existing in the concrete production line project of a building material factory in Fuyang City of Anhui Province,the occupational hazard control effect of the building material factory was evaluated,and the targeted prevention and control measures were put forward. Methods The occupational health field investigation,engineering analysis and occupational health testing were used to evaluate the occupational hazard control effect of the building materials factory from November to December 2020. Results The main occupational hazard factors in the building materials factory were dust,noise and high temperature. The short term expose concentration-15min of dust（total dust and exhubed dust） of the inspection personnel on the second and third floors of the mixer building did not meet the requirements of national occupational exposure limits of the Determination of dust in the air of the workplace Part 1：Total dust concentration. The short term expose concentration 15 min of total dust was 1.8-2.9 mg/m³,while that of exhubed dust and 0.9-2.1 mg/m³,and the test results of other positions all met the requirements of occupational exposure limits. In view of the points exceeding the standard,the company adopted wet operation,strengthening cleaning,strengthening the maintenance of dust collector and other measures to control,and the results of retesting met the national occupational exposure limit requirements. Conclusion Accoring to the existing occupational hazards,the building materials factory has taken corresponding measures of dustproof and noise prevention,and the overall control effect of occupational hazards is good.
