Research progress on job burnout related variables of competitive sports coaches

Abstract

Abstract: In the field of competitive sports,job burnout cares more about the performance of athletes,but the coaches who support them are under greater pressure. Based on the domestic and foreign researches on job burnout of competitive sports coaches,this article reviews the current situation,concept,antecedent and outcome variables of job burnout in competitive sports coaches,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures and research deficiencies, in order to provide a theoretical reference for the prevention and intervention of coaches' burnout,and provide a new research ideas for them to better serve the development of competitive sports.
