Current situation and influencing factors of nurses' disaster nursing competence

Abstract: With the increasing trend of large-scale and complexity of disaster events,the related research on disaster nursing has been growing,and the disaster nursing competence of nurses has gradually become the focus of people's attention.At present,the level of global disaster nursing competence is seriously unbalanced,and nurses at home and abroad cannot effectively cope with disasters. The paper reviews the present situation and influencing factors of nurses' disaster nursing competence,summarizes them from four aspects:demographic factors,personal factors,career-relatedfactors and social support,and proposes to pay attention to the mental health of nurses,strengthen education,training,and international cooperation efforts,so as to provide reference for formulating countermeasures to improve nurses' disaster nursing competence and implementing disaster nursing teaching and training.
